I don't know why. I have a mic on my laptop. in Audacity I only have three different ALSA and a OSS. I have set both mic boost, front mic and both captures at 50%. still nothing. not with audacity nor cheese. any help would be greatly appreciated.

| Hi, i solved this some short time ago and the problem was that in Audacity you must choose the right audio input to record audio channel. |

| that is not the problem here. I can't record with any inputs in neither Audacity nor in other applications. |
