|
|
Hi,
I am still on kde 3.5.9
I created a key pair with gnupg and it will displayed in the kpgp window. When I use the right mouse button on a file and choose "encrypt file" I get a window which should show me a list of keys - but this window is just empty and I have not chance to select a public key for encryption.
What could be the problem here?
thanks

Update:
The Userid and email address field is empty in the kgpg main window where the keypairs are shown. This may have something to do with the problem. Any ideas?

I found a workaround: Downgrading gpg did it. I am currently not at my linux box so i can´t tell you exactly which version. There is an post on bugs.kde.org about this issue. I will add the details later since i cannot do this in my working office. _________________ Desktop AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 32GB RAM, Asus GF GTX 1060.
