Restart after hibernate????

hey guys,
i have this problem that my laptop starts up automatically 3-4 minutes after hibernation.Every time i try to hibernate, it successfully hibernates and without pressing any power button turns on automaticaly after 3,4 minutes. How could i get rid of this???????

my system specs are:
Sony vaio fz35gn,T8100 core2duo 2.1 ghz,2GB ram,nvidia 8400mgt gpu,200 gb hard disk,primary partion running windows vista ultimate(on which i've this problem) and the other one running linux....

<disabling and re-enabling hibernation didnt work>

          that's the wrong subforum.
          try hibernation in linux.
          take a look at the bios for some weird settings.
else
