Macros for Urxvt?

Is there a way to make macro's in the .Xdefault file so I can hit a key combo and resize my urxvt to a certain size?

That should be doable via window manager keybindings, for example in e16 I have keybindings to move or resize the currently focused window.

ya, i kinda wanted to do it from the urxvt side though just for the learning experience.
