Hello there,
I've been tearing my hair out trying to get a Radeon 9600 Pro running under Gentoo 1.4. Problem is that there are no kernel AGP drivers for my chipset so I'm kind of stuffed (AGP unsupported). Can I try a newer kernel (e.g. 2.6) which might have AGP support built in for my board?? (Shuttle SS51G) - what are my options?
Thanks for any help.

The video onboard is AGP so with your 3rd party AGP card plugged in.. the onboard is disabled. (if that helps any) |
