Gentoo sparc install error(emerge system)

Hi All!!!
After I have a stage 2 Gentoo I run 'emerge system' and then I get the next output:
Calculating system dependencies |
!!! Error: couldn't find match for >=dev-libs/openssl-0.9.6d in net-misc/openssh-3.4_p1-r2

What is it???

Did you follow the steps outlined in this topic??

If you didn't I think that will get you on your way. If you did, can you tell what program is trying to be emerged when it dies?
