Printing: Margins are off in some programs

I'm using CUPS and setup was a dream. I can print from Mozilla just fine. However, printing from enscript (which is what I'm addicted to for printing source code) cuts off the first column of text on the left side. Printing from TOra cuts off the first row. Both are set to print to Letter.

This one column/row cutoff problem obviously isn't acceptable at all. In the meantime I load my source file into Mozilla and print it. I don't want to continue this because I like to print "2 up" style, and Moz understandably doesn't support this.

Anyone have any subtle margin tips?
