Today the KDE team decided that until portage has better handling for automatic package generation, we don't want to support KDE themes in the main portage tree.
Instead, we're going to maintain a webpage that contains the ebuilds that users submit so that there is a repository for people who would like to use these ebuilds for the themes.
This will also be the place that unmainted KDE based programs go once we determine that keeping them in portage is more difficult than it's worth.

great !!
I suggest placing a kde-cvs ebuild there would also be a good idea. So that all development-kde related stuff can be found on 1 page. I for one, emerged and compiled kde-cvs (ebuild somehwere on this forum). |
