Problemas con Ethernet AR81 de Atheros

Hola bueno me compre un Acer 4535 el cual tiene una Tarjeta de red de la Familia AR81 de Atheros:

bueno igual uso Ubunto 9.04 en el cual tengo el mismo problema pero lo solucione descargando los drivers desde [url=]http://partner.atheros.com/Drivers.aspx[/url] lo compile e integre al kernel y me funciona sin ningun problema. (el modulo se llama atl1c).

Al intentar hacer lo mismo en mi Gentoo me da estos errores cuando lo compilo:

Si alguien me pudiera ayudar estaria muy agradecido.

PD: uso la version del kernel que esta en el Source linux-2.6.30-gentoo-r4 y uso procesador de 64 bit.

no sé si te refieres a la wifi o al ethernet, de cualquier manera tienes soporte para los dos dispositivos en el kernel 2.6.30, para la wifi si no me equivoco necesitas el módulo ath9k y para la ethernet el atl1c como tu mismo has dicho.

mmm entonces yo estoy compilando mal el kernel, intentare compilar denuevo y te cuento como me fue.
