|
|
Hello.
I was looking for a console font similar to the small font visible in OpenFirmware or even yaboot on the PowerBook. Now I got it by enabling this kernel option and no other compiled-in font: Code: | [*] Mac console 6x11 font (not supported by all drivers)
Symbol: FONT_6x11 [=y]
│ Prompt: Mac console 6x11 font (not supported by all drivers)
│ Defined at drivers/video/console/Kconfig:190
│ Depends on: HAS_IOMEM && VT && (FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE || STI_CONSOLE) && FONTS
│ Location:
│ -> Device Drivers
│ -> Graphics support
│ -> Console display driver support
│ -> Select compiled-in fonts (FONTS [=y]) |
But how can I also set consolefont to this font? There is no 6x11 font in /usr/share/consolefonts. Or should I just avoid starting consolefont? _________________ HP ZBook Power 15.6" G8 i7-11800H|HP EliteDesk 800G1 i7-4790|HP Compaq Pro 6300 i7-3770 |
