KDE 4.2.4 blocked packages

Alright, I'm 'completing' my install with KDE on top of xorg-server v1.6.3. I wanted to go with KDE4, so I applied the ~x86 (my arch) keyword in make.conf and emerge --search kdebas-startkde yields kdebase-startkde v4.2.4.

Order of install:

nvidia-drivers
xorg-server

Now I'm ready to start the KDE install and I get 10 blocked packages. I've fully updated the portage tree and run revdep-rebuild so everything should be straightened out. Each of the blocked packages is in x11-libs/ but xorg-server is up to date, is there an incompatibility or is it something else I'm missing?

USE="X acpi apm hal gtk mmx sse2 svg opengl qt3support qt3 qt4"

USE="mksql webkit" emerge -pv kdebase-startkde
