|
|
Hello,
does someone know how to configure dhcpcd timeout during address acquisition? When I start my laptop detached from network it takes a long time before setting the link local address (169.254.x.x).
I have also the same problem with CIFS(SMB) mount defined in /etc/fstab.
Thanks in advance
Best regards

Add a "timeout" statement to /etc/dhcpcd.conf or pass the -t option to dhcpcd.
See the dhcpcd and dhcpcd.conf man pages for details. |
