Making some update patch for dosemu.

Hi

I like to make my own patchets to a linux utility for Gentoo use where the program is dosemu in /app-emulation/dosemu.
So is for me hos to do this and make it to work first on my own pc of AMD64, so it works for my cpu type there is AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 245 A3/2+ family 16.

It then how to do it and make the patch for gentoo portage first and then when it is working on my pc then to let other Gentoo user get use of it.
