This program seems really great, and I've downloaded som plugins for it. One of them is the Dynamic Bar (got it from kde-look.org)

I'm having trouble getting it to show icons at all. The bar pops up, and when i klick various places, different apps show up, but there aren't any icons on it!
Clairly it has something to do with the

What am I supposed to write here to get it working?
The other module is the Liquid Weather ++ found at
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=6384
It instructs me to get a four digit weather code from www.bbc.co.uk/weather. Where the heck is those numbers? I've found my city at their site, but i recon i must be blind or something?
