|
|
Hello there!
I've been a happy user of Gentoo in my Mac Mini G4 for the last years, but now I've got an Intel-Nvidia, the latst Mac Mini incarnation.
The probem is that, while I know my Mac Mini G4 pretty well for kernel configuration after days and days of trial and error back in 2006, I don't know the new machine that well...
I need to know what options I must set for processor flags, disk drive controller, ethernet, etc.. I konw I can lspci this Mini and start again the trial and error process, but MAYBE there's a guide for this machine. It's a closed system after all. I've seen there's a aguide in the Gentoo Wiki for Intel Minis, but that guide is for Intel Core Solo machines with Intel GMA graphics: this is not the case anymore, and the new Mini has a lot of new hardware inside.
So any guides, configs, etc..?
Thanks! |
