Emerge clean can't get rid of arts

I'm running out of disk space, so I thought I'd try emerge clean to see if it would do some magic. It did, but it also ran into trouble with arts-1.0.1.20020604. The error is as follows:

What is the problem? How can i fix it? I tried emerge rsync and emerge -u system, but it didn't work.
