I have several machines running win2k at my office, and I'd like to be able to remote into them from my gentoo laptop. Anyone had success with this?

No problem. Just make sure that the windows machines are running the server portion. I do this almost every day at work since I have to admin several nt4/2k macines.

any idea off hand what port vnc connects on so I can open it on my firewall?
