Hello,
this technique has existed for years, I even had an anaglyph simpson album when I was young : you could see 3d images with cyan-red glasses.
all of a sudden I see this arriving on our computers :
IZ3D seems to have released a driver compatible with DirectX to make 3D games.
YouTube 3D proposes videos in anaglyph 3D (even "cross eye" 3D).
So ... what's up on Gentoo ?
I saw a shy quake red blue on portage, ... is there any project open on that path ?
Have I missed something ? |

what exactly are you looking for?
there's an anaglyph-plugin for compiz, but i think it's not in portage yet. you can find it with here: http://wodor.org/anaglyph/
i installed it some time ago on ~x86 and ~amd64, it works. i think i needed to make some minor changes to the makefile.
GOOD LUCK! _________________ DUMM KLICKT GUT. |

Well I'm looking for projects that are being developed, such as the one you mentioned, just to have an idea on how this thing is going on on linux. |
