Repeating No IRQ handler error on shutdown

Well after a little bit of hickups i got the system installed and running flawlessly except when i shutdown i get this message. Note there is an exception if i do a halt the system well it halts, but reboot and shutdown produces this error sometime after it begins to unmount my drives soon i'll look into the exact location of the error.

any advice... i hate having to constantly force shutdown the computer thanks
