openbox and optional xinerama

Hi,

I use openbox on my laptop. When I am at home, I have a second screen I use.
Now, I do not always have this second screen, my X is normaly started without it.

When I start X with the second screen, I have to set make it sit next to my laptop screen (standard is in clone mode) and change resolutions of the screens.

Because the resoltutions are different now, my trayer sits somehwere in the middel of the laptop screen and the pager (visibility-python) seems to nowhere ....

How do people in a similar situation have set it up?
