Hey everyone, n00b here
I was wondering if its possible to run X applications remotely via SSH.. In other words.. I am here at work on my macbook and I have SSH'd to my Gentoo box at home. I want to be able to see my desktop, see Gnome and all of the applications and run them remotely through SSH. is that possible? |

If you want to see your GNOME desktop, you can run VNC through a SSH tunnel. If you just want to run an app and have it display on your laptop, you don't actually have to see the GNOME desktop. |
