Cups: can't connet to http://localhost:631/ [Solved]

Cups 1.3.10-r2
When I try to configure cups I get the error:

Let's start from beginning:

0. Is your box accessible as localhost? ping localhost
1. Is CUPS running? /etc/init.d/cupsd restart - any errors?

Ah.. cups wasn't running. (I though the config icon would start it as needed).
/etc/init.d/cupsd restart fixed it. Thanks Jaglover

Although now my printers driver doesn't show up ( it used too...).
