Hey, does amarok 2 not support covers in flac files, or am I doing something wrong? _________________ "Coincidence is God's way of remaining anonymous."

Anyone with working embedded covers in the flac tags? _________________ "Coincidence is God's way of remaining anonymous."

I think I tried Amarok2 with Ogg Vorbis covers and got crap for results. Both Ogg Vorbis and native FLAC use Vorbis comments to store metadata. My thinking is that Amarok2 simply doesn't support reading album art from Vorbis comments (which, again, .flac files use).
According to the specs, the cover art is stored as a string that is a Base64-encoded PNG or JPEG. |
