hi everyone...
how do i have to handle thieese blockings?

came across the same problem right now. As far as i understand device-mapper is now integrated into lvm2, so a simple

emerge -Ca device-mapper
emerge -uav1 lvm2 #or even better: emerge -uaDv world
|
should solve the problem.
At least that's what I'm doing now ;-) |
