hi everyone...

how do i have to handle thieese blockings?

came across the same problem right now. As far as i understand device-mapper is now integrated into lvm2, so a simple
Code:

emerge -Ca device-mapper
emerge -uav1 lvm2   #or even better: emerge -uaDv world

should solve the problem.
At least that's what I'm doing now ;-)

by the Way: how did you get the info of devicemapper?

Moved from Portage & Programming to Duplicate Threads, please see device-mapper blocks udev, but needed for cryptsetup.
