Just a question, is it possible to redirect the output of a single process? For example, to end with the output of each process in single files.

Of course, everything that can be done from a shell function is possible. prll executes shell code, so redirects work normally. You can generate unique filenames using mktemp. The version 0.6.2 (patch already in git) will expose the job number as a shell variable, so mktemp will be unnecessary.
