Hi all.
I have linuxwacom driver installed along with Xorg 1.6 - I haven't tried 1.7 as I have an nVidia card that always makes my computer freeze with >nvidia-drivers-173.
The screen pointer follows the stylus until I tap or drag something with the tablet. The issue arises as soon as I release pressure over the tablet. I then have to move the stylus out of the tablet's detection range or tap again. But each time I tap/drag and release pressure, the screen pointer stops moving on the screen.
The tablet works in windows and on my Gentoo laptop (which has Xorg-1.7 OTOH). So it's not an issue with the tablet.
Has anyone encountered the same issue? _________________ Gentoo addict: tomorrow I quit, I promise!... Just one more emerge...

Well, don't know what exactly helped but I upgraded a couple of pending packages (including hal), ran revdep-rebuild and rebooted. Problem gone. _________________ Gentoo addict: tomorrow I quit, I promise!... Just one more emerge...
