Hi All
In this post https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-512164-highlight-.html I learned how to activate a spam filter (spamassasin)
The problem is now that too much is filtered. (all those emails go to a local directory called spam folder)
However, when I select an email in this folder I don't really see how to tell evolution its not spam. There is a button called 'Not Junk' but that one is not clickable
any suggestions ?
Thnx
LuCa
UPDATE: Now I get the impression everything is moved into the spam folder |

I can select an email, then click on that button. |

Hmmm, I see a problem, in the post I've linked to in my previous post is described how to add spammassasin: Quote: | Add a new filter. Select "Pipe to Program", put 'spamassassin -e" in the next field, select "does not return" in the next field and enter a 0 (zero) in the next field. Spam assassing using the -e option will return a value other than 0 if it's detected as spam. |
However if I select Pipe to Program I can only select spamassasin, so I cannot add the -e option!
Any suggestions how to do this ?
Thnx

I can click on the "not spam" button, but when the messages come from the same person again the messages are sent to the spam folder again. Is there a way or Evolution/ Spamassasin to remember the messages I choose to be "not spam"? Thanks.

I am having a similar problem; every e-mail is sent to the Junk folder and even if I click the'Not Junk' button, the next time I get a message from the same sender (or ANY sender), it goes to the junk folder. |
