I'd like to make a script that can be run from inside KDE, that first of alls logs me out of KDE, i.e exits X (I guess)? What is the script code for doing this? Best regards, Johan

Code:

dcop kdesktop default logout

should do the trick - but to make it work you need to turn off logout confimation which is under - control centre - kde components - session manager
