ok
emergiato tutto senza problemi..
ma quando cerco di farlo partire traaaaaaaaaaaak!
mi spara questo errore:

sia con mplayer che con gmplayer l'errore restituito è lo stesso
nel file mplayer.conf l'unica cosa che ho aggiunto è un grasso
gui=yes
poi tutto standard |

Ti manca la funzione apposita nel kernel.
Cerca per SHM o shared memory.

Mi era successa una cosa simile non con il programma da te citato.
Nel kernel nella sezione General setup è segnato System V IPC ?
