Hi all,

Everything was working fine and my gentoo system was running perfectly (well almost:)). Untill I gave the command emerge system after downloading the latest portage (07.09.2003). And now I have problems using net. For some hosts on our network it is working perfectly. But for others it is behaving erraticaly. For example for our primary dns server the output of pinging is:

As a result internet is very slow. Everybody else seems to be doing fine, however. Please help me.
