|
|
I try to install android sdk on eclipse 3.5.1 but I have lots of problems. I followed few howto in these forums, including bugzilla but to no avail. Some of the links appear to be outdated.
The error that I get is Code: |
Android Development Tools (0.9.7.v201005071157-36220) requires plug-in "org.eclipse.wst.sse.core". |
I also tried http instead of https that they mention in android web site. Still no luck.
If someone has a good solution and updated, I will be glad to try it. I am totally frustated from this experience with android sdk installation.

Just leaving the actual minimal steps to get this working:
1) Along with the ADT link to install the plugin for Eclipse (I'm assuming you got that far), also add the Galileo link (http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo) and install "WST Server Adapters" under the "Web, XML, and Java EE Development" sub-group
2) Restart Eclipse
3) Install ADT plugin
4) Restart Eclipse
5) Enjoy _________________ "It's ok, they might have guns but we have flowers." - Perpetual Victim |
