hi all
'cause of filesystem failure i had to re-install gentoo on my eeepc
does someone got a good .config file for it? without modules and with nothing but the essential for touchpad, wireless and wired card, fn keys and like? |

best route, IMHO, would be to have a go with one of Pappy's seeds if you haven't tried already
check the links in my signature, should point you in the right direction.
Beyond the basics, at worst we have to go in afterwards and tweak one or two things to get whatever miscellaneous function keys working, but that's a reasonably quick task.
Get the base kernel set up, anything that's left over, cross that bridge when we come to it. _________________ Lost configuring your system?
