Hi,
I am using Gentoo Embedded as a router, so there is no X or other gui at all on the device. I have a 3G modem plugged into it, specifically a ZTE-MF112 from '3' mobile broadband. I would like to know if there is a way I can log in to the router via ssh to run a program that will receive all text messages sent by '3'? Maybe even send some as well?
Thanks. _________________ Nothing to read in this sig. Move along. |

Sure, read the 3GPP TS 27.007 specification and start sending AT commands to your modem. (Hint: the first one is AT+CPIN=xxxx) |
