AIM uses port 5190 TCP and UDP. You shouldn't need it for file transfer though.

for direct file transfers it is port 4443

AFAIK this wont work with both (g)aim users behind natting devices

I use Gaim for ICQ only and I can't receive files nor send them. I have opened that port in my router, but I still can't receive files? And how can I send files (there is no Send file button or something like that), or doesnt gaim support sending/receiving files at all for ICQ?

I don't believe gaim supports file transfer through ICQ but does AIM, which is why I wish someone could tell me what port I would need to enable...

Use ReAIM. Works great for me, multiple direct connects behind a firewall work fine.

The ports are 5190-5195, open 4443 as well, apply the filetransfer patch in portage (as of 0.71-r1) and you are golden. The patch will patch against 0.70 as well. Another link to said patch is here http://genbukan.no-ip.com:8080/tiki/tiki-download_file.php?fileId=4
