5-10 second freeze for every action in Dolphin

Has anyone else experienced lags when using Dolphin?

When I start my computer, Dolphin acts normally. But after a while (30 minutes) there is a constant 5-10 second freeze for everything I do in Dolphin. Very irritating indeed.

Any tips as of what the problem could be?

Possibly something got messed up in your dolphin configuration. Maybe try to move or rename ~/.kde4/apps/dolphin and ~/.kde4/config/dolphinrc
