Pretty strange thing I have here:
Trying to get my WindowsXP to run besides my Gentoo installation.
Now I'm trying to find odut how to get lilo working with it...
my current lilo.conf is:
Code: |
boot=/dev/hda
map=/boot/map
install=/boot/boot.b
prompt
timeout=30
#message=/boot/message
lba32
default=Gentoo
image=/boot/bzImage
vga=792
label=Gentoo
read-only
root=/dev/hda7
append="video=vesa:ywrap,mtrr"
# initrd=/boot/initrd-1280x1024
image=/boot/bzImage.old
label=old_kernel
read-only
root=/dev/hda7
vga=792
append="video=vesa:ywrap,mtrr"
image=/dev/hdb1
label="WindowsXP"
|
So I have 3 options. 1 normal, 1 rescue-kernel, 1 windows.
But whenever I take WindowsXP.... It says (really quick) 'Starting WindowsXP" (or loading). And then "Unexpected EOF"... ??? !!!
What could be my wrong here?
Any help would be appreciated Thanks! _________________ Drakenberg's Discovery:
