RaLink RT2561/RT61 rev B 802.11g - Firmware

Hi,

I am a Noob and want to install Gentoo on my Notebook. My Problem is, when I want to configure my wlan RaLink RT2561/RT61 rev B 802.11g for Internetconnection, he says: phy0 -> rt2x00lib_request_firmware: Error - Failed to request Firmware.

The right kernel is loaded.

So how can I get the firmware and what I have to do with it!?
