I fixed the block by doing an:

Code:

emerge unmerge kdelibs-3.0.5a

It appears upgrading to kdelibs-3.1 didn't unmerge this, which is why qt is showing the block for kdelibs.

You're not alone -- I tried compiling KDE and for the life of me could not get antialiasing to work. After downgrading to 3.1.2, everything worked beautifully.
