[KDE] No apps in menu

Since the moment i tried renaming 2 config files (im not sure wich now) and renaming them back i noticed no apps in KDE Application menu.
Either when i try to run some file (every type of file) i get this:

thus i have to type the program name by myself

how to get things back, which config file is responsible for the application lists and how to rebuild it?
