hallo,
ich habe heute mein gentoo installiert und es hat auch alles gut geklappt, nur nachdem ich es gebootet hab kamm eine kernel-panic-meldung: 'Attemped to ... init'
Was kann ich machen?

Tolle Fehlerbeschreibung!
Bei mir kam sowas in Verbindung von ACPI und Kernel 2.6
Attempted to kill init.
Ich hab dann ACPI aus dem Kernel genommen und es bootete. Aber es wäre vielleicht toll, Du würdest etwas mehr schreiben dazu. |

Das hilft uns immer noch nicht weiter. Deine Fehlermeldung ist so vielsagend wie "Mein Auto springt nicht an.". Ist denn die Zündung zu hören, oder ist schon der Anlasser kaputt? Nur mal so als Beispiel, damit Du verstehst, warum wir so dumm fragen. 
Welche Meldungen werden denn _vor_ dieser Meldung ausgegeben? Daran können wir uns orientieren, woran es hakt.
BTW: Hast Du den Kernel mit genkernel gebaut?
