Hardened profile but with icc

I wonder if it would be possible to have an hardened system, but with binaries compiled with icc.
icc know, of course, about position independent code but as far I know there are no profiles like gcc.
I'm not developer, I am user. I have to admit that I don't fully understand the problem.

But, in the end, why don't try it ? It's gentoo, so anything could be possible!
Anyone, any hints where to start ?
