Hi,
I've got openoffice 3.2 and I need to write a small vba script for excel. Can it be done in openoffice? And if so, how to go about it? Any tips?

Why not write it in Excel?
OOo VBA seems very similar to MS VBA, I've not noticed any showstopper differences.
It may have a different set up bugs of course, so the bug workarounds you use in Excel many not be required in OOo. Conversely, it willhave its own foibles.

Hey thanks for the reply. The reason I want to avoid Excel is that I haven't got Windows installed on my computer and I want to avoid having to do so, if possible. I guess I could install it as a virtual OS and get Excel running that way. Hopefully not, tho... |
