Hi ich habe soweit es geht pptpd eingerichtet und läuft auch "sehr gut" aber ich kann immernoch keine verbindung herstellen!
Wenn ich mit meinem WinXP Client connecten will dann bekomme ich die Fehlmerdung Das sich Client und Remotecomputer über kein PPP-Steuerungsprotokoll einigen konnten ?!?!
Im Log auf meinem Linux Server scheint alles Ordnungsgemäß abzulaufen...
Ich bin echt am verzweifeln ich hoffe jemand weis rat... |

Hallo
- Welcher Kernel? (ich frage wegen des mpppe Patches)
- pppd Version?
- was sagt /var/log/messages während des connect Versuches?
- Wie sehen /etc/pptpd.conf und /etc/ppp/options.pppd aus?

er meldet mir deim debug von daemon.log folgendes:
Sep 21 02:08:34 matrix modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module ppp-compress-18
was muss ich im kernel aktivieren damit er das modul läd?
ich habe eigentlich alles was mit ppp zutun hat fest in den kernel gepackt (*) |
