I'm using Evolution and to sync gpilotd with my palm (Sony Clie SL20). I couldn't get it to work at all using sarge sources, and the whole system is now running on a current update to sid.
With gpilotd running in the background, and the 'visor' module enabled (to allow syncing through USB), pressing the HotSync button on the palm begins the sync. It will sync files for a minute or so, and freeze in the middle of syncing the Addresses. No error messages on the computer, but eventually the Palm will tell me that the HotSync process has failed.
After this process, some of the Palms database has obviously been synced to the computer, but not all of it. Is there anything that I should try to get this to work properly? |
