How would you fix this error:

Since that message likely comes from eselect, probably on or about line 81 (depending on version), I would check that the corresponding module is installed and readable. Based on the output of equery belongs profile.eselect, it looks like the module is /usr/share/eselect/modules/profile.eselect and belongs to app-admin/eselect.
