Hello everybody,
everytime i start my computer, i have to run /usr/sbin/ld10k1 as root to listen to the PCM-output of my Creative Labs SB Live. Everything else works fine.
Here are some hints,
Code: | # uname -r
2.6.36-gentoo-r5 |
Code: | # lspci |grep Live
00:0b.0 Multimedia audio controller: Creative Labs SB Live! EMU10k1 (rev 08)
00:0b.1 Input device controller: Creative Labs SB Live! Game Port (rev 08) |
Code: | # equery l alsa-
[ Searching for package 'alsa-' in all categories among: ]
* installed packages

[I--] [ ] media-plugins/alsa-plugins-1.0.23-r1 (0)

[I--] [ ] media-sound/alsa-tools-1.0.23 (0.9)

Googling around, reading documentations just wasted my time. Also putting ld10k1 in /etc/conf.d/local.start didn't work it around.
Can someone give me a direction? |

Well, yes, i've should put ld10k1 into /etc/conf.d/local as a workaround.
~edit~ Going back to linux-2.6.35-gentoo-r12 did't work it out, though ~edit~ |
