Running this command line Code: | firefox http://www.myvideo.de/watch/7248366/Unheilig_Geboren_um_zu_leben
| results in such a crash (/var/log/Xorg.0.log.old): Code: | Backtrace:
[ 1406.018] 0: /usr/bin/X (xorg_backtrace+0x3c) [0x80ea26c]
[ 1406.018] 1: /usr/bin/X (0x8048000+0x60fd1) [0x80a8fd1]

Fatal server error:
[ 1406.018] Caught signal 11 (Segmentation fault). Server aborting
| of my xorg-server 1.9.2 (i915 integrated intel graphic card). Under a straight X11 session with icewm however X didn't crash. Now I'm wondering which package I should compile with debug info too to get a more descriptive message within the logfile ? (xorg-server, x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel, dev-libs/nspr-4.8.6 and the whole qt stuff are already compiled with -g -ggdb)
Update:fix is in the current git tree of xorg-server |
