ciao a tutti non riesco a capire questo tipo di messagio sono andato a vedere nella cartella etc ma non trovo nessun file di configurazione

allora..brevemente...
La prima parte ti avvisa che hai 9 file di configurazione che stanno in etc e devono essere "aggiornati".
usa o
Il secondo indica le news da leggere; sono comunicazioni "importanti" che i vari sviluppatori scrivono quando ci sono cambiamenti sostanziali.
