When trying to run,so what libaty do i have to install? and blender 2.49b works.

Run revdep-rebuild.
After every update run that command so it fixes all dependences to shared libraries |

If you want to try the latest blender, try using the ebuild that you can find here.
The problem with that build you are trying to run is that it's linked against the older jpeg6 libraries.
