Hi,

I need to stream Full HD video over local LAN links. I got some means to stream that, but I don't know nothing about getting the stream from camera.

I got Sony CX115 with AV out, component out, mini HDMI out. What shall I buy to get the stream on Gentoo box? I need it act as /dev/video0 or similar device.

Most preferably I would see an USB, but I don't know if thats enough to work without bottlenecks (even though USB works well, the camera would provide up 30Mbit/s stream so I assume with USB it will put serious load on the machine and bottlenecks possible). I can use PCI Express (desktop and laptop versions) and old PCI versions too.

I'm all ears.
